The Veterinary Surgery stocks a range of quality and tested pet foods that have proven to benefit cats and dogs to manage and recover from a wide range of medical conditions.

If you pet is given a diet, you pet must be fed exactly as directed by your vet. For your convenience, we stock all of these products at our Yarrambat and North Warrandyte locations.

Dental diet – this specially formulated complete food can improve your dog or cat’s oral hygiene, and limits the development of dental plaque and tartar, fighting the dreaded “doggy” breath.

Weight control diets – there are a number of special dietary products available for dogs and cats that are a bit on the pudgy side. If you have a porky pet, ask us for a diet recommendation.

Mobility diets – these diets actually help to manage the symptoms of arthritis in older pets.

Puppy & Kitten nutrition – puppies and kittens have special dietary requirements and should be fed different food compared to older dogs. Similarly, pregnant and lactating cats and dogs also need to be supported by specifically formulated diets.

Skin support diets – to promote skin healing, treat dermatitis and flea bite allergies, and reduce your pet’s hair loss, a special skin diet could be just what your pet needs.
