The Veterinary Surgery prescription and refills policy:

Legislation requires a veterinarian to examine your pet at a minimum every 6 months in order to prescribe continued medication. We are required to establish that continuation of a prescribed medication is in your pet’s best interest.

Please note:

Refills – Our veterinarians require 48 hours notice to refill your pet’s medication so please let the clinic know well in advance before the medication has run out.

Compounded medication – Please allow up to 7-10 days if you require compounded medication as this is an external service.
